How to fix garden bed drainage?

 was looking at adding drainage for garden bed down side of house. Water pools a bit in corner near trampoline. Removed existing sleepers and replaced as plastic membrane there with no drainage. Cannot run agi as service lines obstructs path. Maybe lay geotextile with bit of crushed rock and let drain naturally on slope so no pooling in one point?

Allowing water to drain through crushed rock is possible, but keep in mind it will eventually hit the soil beneath and could still pool in that low corner. Simply putting crushed rock there won’t prevent water from sitting against your house, which is never ideal. Digging down to that depth essentially creates a trap for water, so you really want to ensure it can flow away.

The best approach is to grade the soil so it slopes away from the house, allowing water to run out of the area naturally. If possible, you could dig under any surface lines and lay an ag pipe to help direct water away. Even with crushed gravel, make sure it’s part of a system that guides water away rather than letting it collect.

Since you’ve dug a trench along the inside of the retaining wall, adding an ag line there is a good idea. This will capture water before it penetrates through the retaining wall and help prevent pooling near the trampoline. Proper grading, combined with a drainage line where possible, is the safest way to avoid water sitting against the house and causing issues.
