It looks perfectly normal to me. Was there anything in particular that you noticed that made you concerned?
The weed-killing element in weed-n-feed products usually takes around 5-10 days to take effect, and the fertiliser element around 2-4 weeks.
I don't see anything to worry about; you just need to be patient and let it take effect.
