How to add fresh air ventilation to an enclosed area?

Hello,

I have an area used as a home beauty space that requires better ventilation. I’m wondering if there is a way to install something to bring the fresh air from outside, in? 
For clarification, it’s for a spray tanning room/booth that needs to remain somewhat closed during application. 
I have exhaust towers and fans to circulate air, however I would really like to bring fresh air in. 
In my mind, I was thinking of a ceiling exhaust system similar to what we see in bathrooms but reversed to deposit fresh air, instead of extracting it.

Generally speaking, an exhaust fan that sucks air is actually drawing air from the outside. This air is passing through the gaps of the door and windows as well as any other inlet where air can pass through. So, in essence there is no need to do a reverse flow of air as it is already happening. However, if you wish to concentrate that block of new air entering the room, I suggest using a Haron 245 x 145mm Snap In Wall Vent and attaching it to both sides of your door. 

This would serve as the main inlet for outside air to pass through. When you set the exhaust fan on its highest setting you will notice that air coming in will be concentrated on this vent. I propose looking at the HPM 150mm Inline Exhaust Fan Kit and the Manrose 230mm Commercial Exhaust Fan.
