Hallway gallery using acoustic panels

My aim was to create a dramatic hallway gallery,  showcasing beautiful indigenous artwork leading to the Master suit. Enhancing the artwork I used accoustic panels in oak and Dulux Domino matt finish paint. Bunnings rechargeable motion lights were magnetically fitted to the top of the artwork to create that dramatic gallery feel. 

Materials

Bunnings accoustic panels,  oak

Dulux Domino matt finish feature wall

Bunnings rechargeable motion light. 

Dulux vivid white existing walls and cieling.

Steps

Step 1

Fresh coat of Dulux vivid white to cieling and 3 walls. Feature wall was painted in Dulux Domino and oak acoustic panels were spaced to fit beautiful indigenous artwork.  Bunnings rechargeable motion lights were adapted with magnets to showcase the art, giving a dramatic gallery feel. The lights are motion severed and activate at night as moving through to the Master bedroom.

You have certainly created a dramatic gallery look that makes your indigenous artwork really stand out.

The colour choices are lovely, and the lighting would surely make the artwork pop against the dark backdrop.
