How to repair side rails for outdoor blinds?

The side rails which hold in the roller blind is the problem.

One side rail has come away from the house wall, it cannot be fixed the same way it was put in as there is a track covering the screws.

So, I would like any good ideas of how to keep the side rail intact and firm against the house wall, and not banging around in the wind.

Thank you for your question about reattaching the side rails of your roller blinds.

Is it possible to get a photo showing how the roller blind interacts with the rail? 

I'd just like to see how deep into the rail it goes, because the best solution I have is to use some angle brackets with metal screws to screw into the side of the rail, then into the metal angle on the wall.

The one concern I have is that screwing into the rail might cause some issues with the blind rolling up and down.

If this is the case, then you could always use rivets to connect the angle bracket to the rail, but it would be a bit more complicated.
