Hi,
Any recommendations on what I can use to fill gap here under letterbox without doing another slab?
Good Evening @Miza
They look like spacers you have temporarily used :) I am taking a guess at either a total of 20mm or 40mm all up. Depending on how strong the slab of the letterbox is (it dosnt flex) you could go for a single 20mm paver

or a 40mm paver by 2 of

Back fill with some soil and Tamp it down. You could use mortar as well to create a level area instead of the pavers.

Hi Dave,
If I use a paver do you think i should use some mortar or filler to make it look a bit tidier ie instead of a paver hanging out from letterbox bottom
Hello @Miza,
RE: Without doing another slab? What is the size of the letterbox? Assuming it is square if less the 400mm look at 300 x 300mm or even a a 200 x 100mm on each corner. Mix up mortar and keep shoving it in there all the way around until it is bulging out a bit on all sides. Take a break to let the mortar set a bit then with trowel neatly slice of the excess all the way around. Where needed trowel over to smooth off. You could then 'soften' the area between letterbox and whatever is surrounding that with for example pebbles.
Cheers
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Miza. It's fantastic to have you join us and many thanks for your question on levelling a letterbox.
It looks like you have already received some great suggestions from @Dave-1 and @AlanM52. If the letterbox is already fixed securely to the existing slab, then packing mortar underneath it is a perfectly workable way to fill the gap and tidy up the base.
The only thing to think about is whether this ends up being more work than removing the letterbox, forming up around the existing slab, and then pouring a new, level slab on top. A flat slab gives you a much better fixing point than the current angled one, so this might be worthwhile if the letterbox has not been permanently fixed in place yet.
If it is already fixed in position and you are happy with the alignment, then packing mortar underneath and smoothing it off with a trowel is likely the easiest option.
Please let us know if you have any questions.

Evening @Miza
Id actually go the route of having the pavers replace the spacers, even cutting the pavers to fit. Then mortaring around the base to make smooth. Are those stones the mailbox is sitting on solid or are they wobbly? If they are wobbly I would change out the repack to formwork as @MitchellMc has suggested and make a little slab so it stays solidly in place.
