How to replace brass 3 way corner fitting?

Wondering what's these 3 way brass corner fittings with the screw on tabs called.

I'd like to replace the right side one because after reseating both spindle housing thingys the right side tap takes a couple of minutes for the water to start to flow.

Maybe replace the right side one or have a new piece made up and use compression fittings to rejoin the pipes.

This is known as a breech assembly, and it is supplied as one whole piece, like this SharkBite 300mm Lugged Right Angled Breech Recessed Assembly.

Unfortunately, this work is not something you can carry out if you are not a licenced plumber. If you are experiencing issues with your breech, then you will need to contact a plumber for assistance.

Thanks Jacob, after a lot of research I've found that we can fit a new seats into the housing thingy so the washers can sit flat up against new seat.

I'll get the Hydro Seal kit and replace both seats and if needed I can have the breech replaced much latter.

I just wanted to point out that I don’t see a reason why the seat itself would cause a delay in water flow. If a seat is worn, uneven, or cracked, it usually results in the valve failing to seal properly, which would cause a persistent drip rather than a slow start. It’s unlikely that replacing this brass corner fitting would fix the delay you’re seeing with the right-hand tap. The issue may be elsewhere in the plumbing, such as a blockage, air in the line, or an issue with the tap itself. If the tap valve is sealing and stopping drips, then the fitting is functioning correctly.

It could be worth calling a plumber in to take a look.

I forgot to add into the original question that the right tap is leaking water out of the shower hand piece and that's why I've replaced the seats and have fitted the amazing ceramic disc spindles.

Latter during the upcoming 6 cooler months when I start to give the 1969 bathroom a freshen up I'll get a plumber in to install a new breech thingy and with the walls removed the process will be really easy for them.
