All three of the filter mats you’ve linked will work perfectly well in an aluminium-frame return air grille. They are all cut‑to‑size polyester filter media and will trap dust and lint just like your existing filter.
The main difference is that the Stahl carbon‑infused filter has activated carbon built in, which helps reduce odours in the air passing through your system. If you have pets, cooking smells or general indoor odours, this option can be a nice upgrade. If odour control isn’t a priority, the standard polyester options like the Dynabreeze or Accord versions will do the job just as effectively.
So in short, any of them will work, but the Stahl version provides the added benefit of carbon for smell reduction.
