I'm looking at purchasing the Mimosa 2.4 x 1.5m BBQ Gazebo, but I would need to construct it without the table and brace on the right hand side as that is where my shed door opens. Will the gazebo be stable?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
Unfortunately, no you wouldn't be able to leave out the table and bracing as. physically, it will greatly reduce the rigidity of the structure, which means it could become dangerous and modifying it in any way would void your warranty.
If space allowed, you could use something like this Mimosa 3 x 3.6m Charcoal Palermo Gazebo, although it would need to be fixed into a concrete foundation as per the instruction manual.
