Double swinging doors centre mounting options?

I have a carport building with 2 rooms that I'd like to make into a workshop area and would like to alter or replace the main entrance door so I can wheel my motorbikes in through the door opening.

I'd like 2 swinging doors of equal lengths to lessen the space inside when the door or doors are open.

Where the doors lock in the middle what options is best to support the doors.

I'm going to have our local electrician renew the light switches to on the outside wall at the entrance because having to open the door to turn on the outside lights is becoming a pain.

In most cases, a standard lock can be fitted for a setup like this. Typically, one of the two doors, usually the side that’s used less often, is fitted with padbolts (Or flush bolts if you want something a bit fancier) at the top and bottom. This door locks in position and stops it from moving. When you need to open it, the padbolts are simply undone. That door then effectively acts as the jamb, and the striker plate is installed on its edge so the other door can be secured with the lock.

This setup works well for double swinging doors and keeps the space inside the workshop clear when the doors are open.
