How to Install the composite Wall Panels in the bathroom on the villaboard sheets after waterproofing?

Can they be mounted directly on the waterproofed wall with adhesive?

The QuickBoard 210 x 21mm 2.7m Tas Oak Castellated PVC Composite Timber Wall and Ceiling Lining Board you’ve linked is not designed for use inside a shower recess or over a waterproofing membrane. These panels are intended more for decorative wall and ceiling applications in dry or low-moisture areas, so there aren’t installation guidelines for adhering them over a compliant bathroom waterproofing system.

Because shower walls are classified as a wet area and require a continuous, certified waterproof system, installing decorative composite boards over the membrane with adhesive could compromise that system and may not meet code requirements.

If you’re lining inside a shower, you might like to look at wet area shower wall panel systems that are specifically manufactured and tested for use in wet areas. These are designed to be installed over suitable substrates and sealed correctly to maintain waterproof integrity.
