I placed a flooring Special Order 2 weeks ago on the 31st January
It has still not arrived in the store. After multiple calls and messages, I have not heard anything from anyone. The last correspondence I had was via text message on Saturday, 7 February, after jumping through hoops with the online chat support. Stating that Bunnings would liaise with the supplier and contact me directly to give me an ETA.
I understand it is a special order and takes a little longer, but I've had no updates whatsoever. I currently have 2 empty bedrooms with all bedroom furniture in my lounge room, awaiting this flooring! A simple text or email with an update would have been nice. I assumed it would have arrived by now it says 10-14 days.. here we are on day 14??
Any advice on what to do would be amazing!
