how do I remove decking oil stain that has stained the colour bond fence. I have tried turps. It’s in a trick spot

Would you be able to let us know what decking oil product you used? We'll then be able to contact the manufacturer to determine if there might be a chemical stripper that can be used to remove the stain on your fence.

I have also tried degreaser doesn’t budge
Since it is a water-based product, I suggest using DIGGERS 1L Methylated Spirits and a clean rag. Please do not let any of the methylated spirits drip onto your deck as it will stain the finish. Make sure to keep changing to a clean section of the rag so that the stain does not spread further as you clean it.
