How to install a new garden tap?

Question

I have teed off from the main 25mm blue line water main & installed a new garden tap, I reduced down to15mm connections & riser pipe

do I need a pressure reducer & if so what type & where do I install it

Just a friendly reminder that any plumbing work needs to be carried out by a registered plumber for safety and compliance.

I propose placing the Pope 300kPa Pressure Reducer at the mouth of the garden tap itself and then connecting your garden hose to the pressure reducer.
