How to install Foilboard between top hats?

Question

Referring to my attached image.

I would like to add 25mm or 40mm Foilboard in between my top hts in my garage.

I will then use 9mm VJ board as the ceiling.

I have not used Rigid Foil Board before so my questions will be basic.

* Does it matter which direction the foil board runs? i.e. do boards need to rnu in a specific orintation to maintain rigidity?

2. Would the boards be ine if they sat on the top hat ridges or do they need to be fastened?

3. If I was to fasten the foilboard what types of clips/screws should I use?

A similar question was asked a while back, I suggest having a look at this discussion - How to install Foilboard to steel shed top hats at ceiling? by @alld01. Their roofing structure is very similar to yours. In regards to which way the panel faces, the silver side faces up and the green side faces down. As to the orientation, I recommend following the illustration on the manual - Foilboard Roof - Cathedral or Skillion.

I would suggest having the panels fixed in place so that any errant breeze coming in will not lift them out of position. My teammate suggested using Foilboard Ultra Steel Fasteners to fix the panels in place.
