What masonry drill bit size for 14g screws?

Question

looking to use some masonary 14x70 csk Ankascrew to hold a wooden cap onto a concrete retaining wall. What size masonary drill do I need to use to pre drill the hole. No details shown on the package

If they are 14-gauge screws, like these Ramset 14g x 70mm Black Ankascrews, then you would use a 5mm masonry bit.
