I'm sorry but I am not familiar with the blind set that you have. The fitting also appears to be custom made for the clip of the blind. Re-creating the edge of the blind is not a viable solution as it will not have the same strength as the original edge. One possible solution is to move the mounting clip over to the right so that it can clip on an edge that is still in good condition. I then propose using white duct tape to disguise the broken edge.
The only other option is to replace your blind with a similar set for example the Windoware 63mm 90 x 210cm Crisp White Mayfair PVC Venetian Blind. It comes in various sizes, brands like Riva can also be ordered in custom size if needed.
