How to catch a rat with glue?

I’ve been told by someone that there is special glue for catch rats in the yard. By applying that glue on a piece of carton in a circle, place meat in that centre as bait to trap the rat. The rat will be caught by the glue when they cross the glue for the meat.

Can anyone tell the name of that glue which sale in Bunning?

I'm currently not aware of a glue that you can use as a rat trap. I also don't recommend using glue traps as it is dangerous to friendly wildlife such as birds and pets. As an alternative, I suggest looking at using The Big Cheese Ultra Power Rat Trap - 2 Pack, RATSAK Reusable Rodent Trap Station, The Big Cheese Rodent Bait Station and The Big Cheese Strongbox Rat Bait Station.
