How to return Ryobi drill without receipt?

Hi Team, I have a Ryobi of which Iestimate to be around the 12 month mark. model RPD18C. It have failed and despite multiple batteries doesn't want to work anymore. Unfortuently I cannot find the actual receipt. checked Onepass, Ryobi online…etc. With Bunnings being the exclusive distributor of Ryobi, can Ireturn it fir a exchange / return without a receipt?

I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your Ryobi drill.

For a warranty return, we do require proof of purchase in order to process an exchange. If you’re unable to locate your receipt, the first step would be to speak with the team at the store where the purchase was made. With your assistance, they can try to locate the transaction in the system and reprint a copy of your receipt.

The easiest way to do this is if the purchase was made on a bank card. If you’re able to find the transaction on your bank statement, having the approximate date (and even the transaction amount if possible) will greatly assist the team in tracking it down.
