Hello @ScorpionQueen
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about changing the stain colour on your furniture.
Generally speaking, the process is to sand the furniture down back to timber to remove the old stain on it. I suggest using an orbital sander for the flat sections in combination with a detail sander to get into the tight corners of the cabinet. The store currently does not carry a dedicated raw limed oak finish, but if there is one thing I've learned with upcycling and staining is that you can dilute the stain you are using in order to slowly reach the finish you are after.
A good example of this technique is this project - Console table upcycle coastal-style by @TaylerMayd. They used Cabot's stain and varnish which was reduced in intensity before applying it to the surface. Another great example is the Upcycled coffee table by @lifestylebymari. They used White Knight Black Satin Water-Based Splashes Interior Paint.
Since you have pine timber, I suggest using Feast Watson 250ml Oak Prooftint Interior Stain. It can be diluted using Prooftint Colour Reducer to achieve lighter shades. I recommend doing some tinting experiments on a piece of ordinary pine with a finely sanded surface. I suggest making some tint mixtures with their formulas written on their individual containers. When you achieve the tinting finish you are after, make sure to mark the formula that works for you. It's always best to test it on a small part of the cabinet to make sure that you get the same finish as your test panel.
Here are some amazing upcycled projects our Workshop members have shared:

Hi @ScorpionQueen,
As this is a bit of an aged and washed effect, I thought I'd also add these helpful guides: How to upcycle a chest of drawers and How to lime wash timber furniture.
Feast Watson 250ml Liming White Satin Stain & Varnish can also be tinted to different colours, so it might suit your desired look closer than a solid stain.
We can't wait to see what you achieve.
