What lights for ceiling fans?

Question

I have just had two fans installed but I need to know what type of lights to purchase for them.

One is the Arlec 120cm 4 Blade White Ceiling Fan - which is light adaptable but what is the specific one to purchase.

Second is the Lucci air Capri 18 inch fan with light - which says it requires 1 x 60 W globe that is not included, but what type of 60W globe?

Hi @tat,

Did you purchase the Lucci brand fan from Bunnings? If so, we can investigate further.

It's likely that it takes a similar globe to the Arlec and would either be an edison screw or bayonet fitting. For edison, you can use the  Philips A60 E27 LED 900Lm Warm White 9W Globe - 4 Pack, or if bayonet, the Philips A60 B22 LED 900Lm Warm White 9W Globe - 4 Pack.

in order for you to get a lighting function for your Arlec 120cm 4 Blade White Ceiling Fan, you'll need to purchase the Arlec 60W White Clipper Ceiling Fan Light which is sold separately. It will need to be installed by your electrician as it requires electrical work. The bulb used on the Clipper Fan Light is an E27 LED bulb. An example of this bulb is the Philips A60 E27 LED 900Lm Warm White 9W Globe - 4 Pack.

I'm sorry but I am not familiar with the Lucci fan brand, I suggest calling the manufacturer or supplier to find out what bulb fitting is suitable for this unit.
