Hi @Beginner20,
The Taskmaster 5mm White Plastic Shelf Support Pins are designed for use with predrilled melamine sheets and unfortunately, would not be suitable in this situation as the opening is lined with plasterboard.
The simplest solution is to screw some timber, such as this 42 x 18mm Pine DAR to the studs around the opening and then sit your shelving on top of it.
As the ends of plasterboard need to be supported by and screwed into studs, there will be studs available in each corner of the nook, however if you wanted to be absolutely sure, you could always use a stud finder to locate and mark the studs before screwing your timber to them.
You would then just cut your shelving material to size and sit them on these timber cleats.
Let me know what you think and if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks @JacobZ
Can I use some offcuts marine pine instead? Do I need to install a full length or just offcuts timber for the shelves to sit on top?
Yes, you can use offcuts of marine ply for either the shelf or the cleats.
The cleats would be attached to the three walls like above and then the shelf material would sit on top.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
