You might like to have a look at this previous discussion: How to change a washer in a double laundry tap. In it, I explain that to access one of the washers, the tap needs to be removed from the wall with anĀ adjustable wrench. The other washer is located in the body of the tap. I'd suggest starting by removing the hot button and then the first handle. From there, you can undo the top section of the tap body for access. Remember that you need to turn your water off at the mains to isolate the tap before beginning work. If you are not confident, it might be an idea to enlist the services of a plumber for this one, as it's a bit more complicated than a standard tap washer replacement.
