How to fill gap between wall panels?

just bought a house (wohoo) and decided to demolish some run down built in wardrobes. Demolishing was easy but now they have left these holes in between the walls… any ideas on what to do to fix it? How would I fix the flooring as well… the carpet comes out in that little area but underneath is some wood flooring that doesn’t look sealed

I suggest using timber moulding to cover the gaps between the walls. I recommend measuring the size of the timber moulding that is already there and matching it with the ones available at the store. You'll need to cut and trim the timber moulding to size with a handsaw and then use adhesive and small nails to hold them in place on the wall.
