How to fill a hole in a brick and plaster wall?

hi guys, hope you can recommend a solution. i have 2 big hole in my brick /plaster wall that has some amenities coming from front of house to back. eg gas, electricity and water. the hole is approx 10 inch in size. whats the best way to make the hole smaller without impacting the pipes?
