Previously moved into this house and wanted to the run cables neatly through the bottom of the enclosure. How can I cutout the holes since its metal?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @GuyIncog. It's brilliant to have you join us and many thanks for your question on cutting metal.
I suspect a mini metal hacksaw would be the most convienient option. It has a thin blade that can be slipped into the cutout gap and you can cut through the three tabs, releasing the disk of metal.
