The nozzle broke off from the trigger handle how do I get a replacement?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Joedenyer. It's amazing to have you join us and many thanks for your question on Ryobi sprayers.
The first thing to check is whether part of the lance/nozzle has snapped off and is still stuck inside the trigger handle. If it has broken at the connection point, it’s likely the 1/4-turn locking piece is still lodged in the end of the handset. If that’s the case, you’ll need to try removing it before anything else. One way to do this is by using a large flathead screwdriver, pressing it firmly into the broken piece, and turning it a quarter turn anti-clockwise to unlock it. Once it loosens, you may be able to pull it out with a pair of needle-nose pliers.
If you can’t remove the broken section, then unfortunately, you’d likely need to replace the entire trigger handle. However, if there’s nothing stuck inside and the connection point is clear, you should be able to order a replacement nozzle through our Spare Parts team, either online or at your nearest store’s Special Orders counter.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
