Would you please check the pics of my mango plant and advise me what's the issue and how to fix it if there are concerns? I noticed lots of white spots, are they eggs or some infection?

Thanks for sharing the photos of your mango plant.
The white spots you are seeing are scale insects. These are small sap sucking pests that attach themselves to the plant and can weaken it over time if left untreated.
To manage this, I recommend the following:
Alongside this, improving the overall health of the tree, via consistent watering and the application of a slow-release fertiliser such as Scotts Osmocote Citrus and Fruit Controlled Release Fertiliser will go a long way towards preventing this in the future.
With consistent treatment, your mango plant should recover well.
