How to install large pull-out bins?

Followered The template and positioned the holes where stated. Followed the instructions how to install the runners and assemble the frame. Attached the door and handle all goes well until you close the cupboard and the the door looks like it twists and isnt flush with the sides and wont fully close. We have taken apart a number of times and still this happens. It's the only let down to my new kitchen.

So Clearly something isnt right.

It would be really helpful if you could let us know exactly which pull-out unit you’re using, as that would allow us to look up the specifications and, if needed, even check in with the manufacturer for any known issues or installation quirks. If you’re able to, some additional photos would also make a big difference, particularly shots of the unit in the fully pulled-out position and from multiple angles. At the moment, there just isn’t quite enough detail to pinpoint the cause with confidence.

From what you’ve described, the most likely issue, assuming the runner system itself has been mounted correctly inside the cabinet carcass, is that the door panel may be sitting slightly askew on the frame. Even a small misalignment when attaching the door can cause that twisting effect and prevent it from sitting flush or closing properly. It would be worth taking some careful measurements across the door and frame to check that everything is square and evenly spaced, and confirming that the fixing points haven’t shifted during installation or tightening.
