Hello @pinkminx
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your steel work bench.
The structure that needs to be added to your steel table depends on the weight that will be placed on it. If heavy steel parts or large heavy items are to be placed on top of this table, then I would suggest getting a properly welded frame attached to the table bottom, I understand that you don't prefer to weld, but in the interest of health and safety it would be best to have the proper support underneath as strong as possible especially if it needs to hold a large amount of weight.
However, if you're only using it as a table for light to medium-weight items then it would be possible to build a timber frame and anchoring it to the table using nuts and bolts. Strong framing timbers such as 90x45 can be built as a rectangular frame under the table and secured in place using a nut and bolt combo on all four legs. I would recommend getting wheels with at least a weight rating of 100kg. This is just to make sure that the wheels can carry the weight of the table along with the items that are placed on top of it.
Can you please tell us the size of your table along with the width of the flat metal bars. We can try to give you a general estimate of the weight of the table. But the best method of course would be to weigh it on a mechanical scale. Let me call on our experienced members @Noyade and @Dave-1 for their recommendations.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Yeap awesome, this was the idea I was going to do.. But just wanted to make sure. Incase there was some other way I wasn't aware of.
Yes it's only for light cutting and marking out etc. So I won't and can't weld any wheels on. Cuz i don't have the resources unfortunately. Otherwise would of been an easy fix! Thanks for your very quick response and i look forward to sharing, seeing and being a part of the Workshop community. Its fantastic. I've read loads but this is my first time posting. :)
Hi @pinkminx,
I thought I'd put a rendering together for you as a bit of a guide. You could use large https://www.bunnings.com.au/buildex-14g-x-100mm-class-4-bugle-batten-screws-25-pack_p0890590 to affix the timber frame to the legs. You could even add another MDF shelf on top of the frame at the bottom.
With a lick of paint, your mobile workbench will be a thing of beauty.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
