How to replace downpipe adaptor before concrete path placement?

Hi, I have a concrete pathway getting put in soon which will be poured around an existing downpipe.

The adaptor at the base of the dp is cracked and I’d like to replace it before concrete goes in.

Questions:

• do I need to replace both the adaptor and the stormflex component that the adaptor fits into? If so, what’s the process for this?
• What height/position should I leave the adaptor for them to concrete up to? As in, do I need to have the bottom of the adaptor sitting higher so that it is above finished slab level? Also noting I’ll be putting tiles down on the slab later

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

Unfortunately, any work on a stormwater connection would need to be carried out by a licensed plumber to ensure safety and compliance with relevant regulations.

They would be able to advise whether any alterations must be made, quote on the cost to do the work and then carry it out in line with the relevant regulations.

I'm sorry, I'm not able to assist with this one.
