How to remove fridge compressor relay cover?

Hi, feeling very stupid here but can I please confirm that a) this is the covering of the relay (black box on left) nd b) if there's some trick to removing it?? I can see/feel no clips or tabs, no screws and prying isn't working... relay is ticking, compressor won't start - looking to check it and hope for a which fix vs $450 fridge repair call out.
