How to use Ozito electric engraver tip?

Ozito electric engraver EGR-2050

I am trying to set this up with the engraving tip.

The manual says to loosen the tip release screw using the hex key.

I am unsure where the hex key goes, the diagram on the leaflet isn't specific.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

I don't have one in front of me to confirm, but it looks like the tip release screw should be on the bottom of the engraver right near the tip.

If you look up at the underside here, do you see a screw?

If not, please let me know and I will investigate and assist further.

There's a gap but no screw that I can see. It says to loosen the tip release with the hex key. I have tried it in that gap but to no avail- I'm possibly not doing it properly.

I suggest turning the tip head to see if the release key is somewhere along the body of the tip holder. I will be passing the store tomorrow and have a look for you. As soon as I have more information, we'll get back to you.

My tool specialist suggested to rotate the tip holder until you see the grub screw holding the tip holder. It can be seen through that gap Jacob had originally suggested.
