How to line the interior of a steel shed?

I'm looking to line this interior of this shed 7m x 6m x 2.4m. I'm unsure which insulation to use? Planning to use 10mm-15mm OSB board. Will be using this area as a living area for a year or so, whilst building my house and then it will be used as a general shed ect hanging tools, has a small wood heater.I also live in Tasmania. I look forward to your advice

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.

The first thing you'll want to do is confirm with the manufacturer or builder of your shed that they are comfortable with the walls being lined. The additional weight will change the load being applied to the frame, so it is worth checking before proceeding to ensure that everything is done safely.

Ideally, you would also install a building wrap such as this https://www.bunnings.com.au/ametalin-1370mm-x-30m-vapourtech-brane-vhp-vapour-permeable-wall-insulation_p0811065 , although this would need to be done from the outside as it needs to sit on the outside of the frame. This would help to prevent warm air from the inside coming into contact with the cold back of the steel and forming condensation.

For your walls, I would recommend going with glasswool or polyester batts rather than rigid board. They are easier to install in a framed shed and will give you better thermal and acoustic performance. Something like this https://www.bunnings.com.au/earthwool-r4-0hd-soundshield-plus-wall-batts-140mm-x580mm-x1160mm-6-1m-9-pack_p0515002 would likely be a good option aslong as there is enough width and depth between the framing to accommodate it.

You can use https://www.bunnings.com.au/zenith-19mm-x-700m-poly-pro-insulation-strapping_p0810984 to hold the insulation in place before you attach your OSB.
