I'm needing help with a special order we placed on Feb 20. When the order was placed, we asked the Trade desk to contact the supplier to ensure that the items were definitely in stock - once confirmed, we placed the order and were told 7 - 10 business day wait.
It's now been over five weeks, and after multiple phone calls to follow up, all we have been told is it's still pending.
I don't know how to resolve this issue. It's affecting our renovation/livability immensely.
Any help or advice is much appreciated.
