how to fix vinyl sheet to the floor when there is a moiture barrier / underlay on the concrete slab?

Like if I use an. adhesive the underlay is there and it will only stick to that? I need help please its for a shed/workshop and I will have heavy things pushed around on it all the time. So dont want it to come up?

Hi @pinkminx,

Realistically, the best thing you could do is return the underlay, waterproof the slab and then direct stick the vinyl to it.

But if you were going ahead regardless, this

would work well, and you'd get a decent amount for the price.

yes of course, unless you got a better idea. haha thanks Any referal as to what tape might be good? (Not too expensive? like aound $20)

Hi @pinkminx,

If you're going to tape it down, then I'd try and get some across the middle too.

It's not ideal, but working with what you've got, attaching the underlay as much as possible will certainly help.
