How to repair wall and rehang floating shelf?

Hi Experts , the holes you see in the pic are from a floating shelf that my kid decides might be strong enough to put their weight on . No injuries (thank god) just ugly holes in the wall

I want to rehang the floating shelf here,what’s the best way to repair it so it can take the weight of the floating shelf and anything else put in it (within reason) .
I was thinking of filling the holes with Selly’s Spakfilla but I don’t think it will be strong enough to take the weight

It's good to hear that your child did not get hurt. The patched holes can't be used again; it will be necessary to move the shelf to a higher position away from the original mounting holes. I suggest a conservative space of 150mm away from the original hole. I recommend not using the old mounting accessories that came with the shelf. I suggest using the same mounting style but just a new set.
