How to fix garden tap leaking from the spout?

My outdoor garden tap leaks from the spout when turned off, and an internet search suggests that I need to replace the washer inside to fix the leak.

I was wondering if anyone could advise me on what washer (or other part) to buy - I'm pretty sure the tap is the same as the one in the image below (it was only replaced about a year ago, so I'm surprised that it has started leaking:

Any other advice on fixing the leak welcome - hope I'm on the right track.
