Is there an easy way to fix these door handles? Our newish (2 year old) house has a number of handles that a loose or loosening.

Are you finding that the whole handle is loose when you use it, or is it just the round cover plate (the flange) that’s coming away from the door?
If it’s just the cover flange, that’s usually an easy fix. They often just clip on, so you can normally push it back into place firmly and it should sit flush again.
If the entire handle is loose, you’ll need to remove or slide off that cover flange to access the screws underneath. Those screws clamp the two sides of the handle together through the door, and over time, they can loosen slightly. Tightening them back up should fix the issue.
