Was wondering if you knew where to get replacement springs for my Lemaar Calida Passage set as I have a few that have broken?

Typically, internal components like this are not orderable as spare parts, however, if you'll bear with me, I'll reach out to Lemaar to double check when they reopen tomorrow.

I've just spoken to the customer service team at Allegion, who are the supplier of Lemaar branded door handles, who have unfortunately informed me that they are unable to provide springs for the Calida Passage Sets as a spare part.
They have suggested that you get in touch with them directly on 03 9580 1630 to discuss as the issue may be covered by their 10-year standard warranty and they would be best placed to assist you with this.
If you do not have proof of purchase, but you were aware of the rough time when they were purchased and the store where they were purchased, the management team should be able to help you locate an invoice if you get in touch.
