How to treat gall wasp infestation on lime tree?

Hello everyone!

After watching a video about lemon trees I realised that the big lumps on my lime tree were in fact gall wasp eggs laid inside the stems. My lime tree looks super healthy and is full of growing fruit, so not sure how to get rid of this nasty infestation without damaging the limes.Also, there are many lumps that have new growth popping out….what should I do, what's the safest way to get rid of it?
