Thanks for sharing the photos, that really helps. It would be great to get a bit more detail on how you’re caring for the plant, as that makes a big difference in diagnosing the issue. In particular, how often are you watering it, and how much sunlight is it getting each day?
From the images, the soil looks quite dry, so it’s possible the plant isn’t being watered often enough. Most indoor plants do best with a proper soak about once or twice a week (depending on the plant and environment). A good method is to place the pot in a sink or laundry tub and water it thoroughly until the soil is fully saturated and water runs out the bottom. Then let it drain completely. When you next check it, only water again once the soil has started to dry out, but try not to let it get completely bone dry.
As for the white spots on the leaves, they look more like a pest issue, such as mealybugs, rather than a disease. I’d suggest gently wiping them off with a damp cloth, then treating the plant with something like https://www.bunnings.com.au/ocp-100ml-eco-neem-concentrate_p2960315 to help control any remaining insects. You may need to repeat this weekly for a little while to fully clear it up.
