Rover lawnmower repair

I Just picked up this Rover ES from the kerb. It appears to have been thrown out because the choke cable is seized. Model no 2023 - thats the model number, not date of manufacture.

Its complete, has oil in the sump and spark at the plug, but needs a new choke cable. Can anyone suggest where I might find one?

Unfortunately, we do not deal with that brand of mower, so we would not be able to assist with procuring a new choke cable.

I’d suggest either reaching out to the manufacturer directly or contacting a small engine and mower repair service near you that deals with that brand and offers repair services.
