How to install transition strip between hybrid flooring and concrete?

I have just installed hybrid floor in our garage room conversion but needing to put a transition strip in the doorway. The flooring is 6mm so there is a slight step from the concrete in the transition. What’s some good options for a transition strip? I noticed a lot you need a channel to secure it in between the two types of flooring but I don’t want to drill into the concrete floor if I don’t have to

Thank you for sharing your question about transition strips. It is possible to use

on the metal transitions trips such as the

. But the last strip can also be attached to the concrete floor using

. This will of course require drilling into your concrete floor if you use the plugs.

There is also the

that works in combination with the

https://www.bunnings.com.au/roberts-33m-cork-vinyl-edge-cap_p6822327

which pushes onto the trim to create a soft rubber trim. Again, can be attached with liquid nails.

One other option is to build your own out of timber moulding. But you'll need a router and a planer in order to create the proper profile.
