How to fix sagging shower door?

The glass door of the shower has started to sag due to age. I tried tightening the screws on the hinge (green circles)and that helped a bit to pull the door for a few swings and then now it is back to normal and it is hitting at the red circle

I am mindful that it is 10 year+ old door that might be on the brink of completely breaking once I start touching the hinges. What are best hacks to try before taking the door apart completely. If I have to take it apart what are things to watch for.

With shower doors that are 10+ years old, sagging is usually caused not just by loose screws but by wear in the hinge pivot itself. Over time, the internal parts of the hinge develop a bit of play, so even when you tighten the screws, the door only holds its position briefly before dropping back and hitting the frame again.
