Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.
Unfortunately, repairs to drainage systems, such as downpipes are considered plumbing requiring a licence and therefore would need to be carried out by a plumber for safety and compliance reasons.
As this is the case, unfortunately we would not be able to assist with this. You will have to speak with a plumber for assistance with this.
