The mirror in our home dropped and scraped on the wall and now there’s some marks, I just want to know what’s the best option to go with to make it look the same again. Photos are not that clear

From what you’ve shown, it looks like a mix of scuffing and possibly a few small dents.
For the architrave, if it’s mostly light scuff marks or minor chips, you can usually just touch it up with paint. If there are any slightly raised or rough spots, a very light sand first will help the finish blend in nicely. Unless there’s a deeper chunk missing, you shouldn’t need to fill it.
For the wall, any dents or gouges can be filled with a product like Polyfilla. Take a small amount of filler onto a scraper and smear and push it into the famages sections. Once it’s dry, give it a light sand until smooth, then prime and repaint the area to match.
