How to fix leak at washing machine waste outlet?

Hi,

There is a water leak at the exit water hose connection (washing machine) to the drainage pipe. (pointed by 'Red' arrow).

I have secured it with a clip, which has reduced the leak by about 95%, however there is still a small drip (approximately one drop every 3 seconds).

Could you please advise on how this can be fully stopped?

Please note that plumbing work needs to be completed by a licensed professional for safety and compliance. 

Generally speaking, it appears that the clip is not tight enough looking at your picture. I propose making the clip tighter and see if it stops the leak. If it continues to leak, I suggest engaging the services of a plumber to sort out the washing machine waste pipe connection.
