We have water leakage at the junction between the brick wall and the Colorbond roof on our alfresco roof. The water seems to be running straight through. Any suggestions how to fix this would be appreciated.

It's tough to say with any real certainty, but it seems likely to me that the flashing that extends up the brick wall has not been adequately sealed which is allowing water to slip through a seam somewhere, then drip down through the roof structure and eventually out through the bottom of the eave.
Considering the slope of the roof and the location of the water, I would say there's a good chance that the issue is located somewhere close to where the flashing bends around the corner.
I'd suggest as a beginning measure, you seal up any seams around that area using some roof and gutter silicone.
Once you've sealed up all the seams around that area and allow the silicone to set, keeping safety at the front of your mind, I'd hop back up there with a bucket of water or a hose and test to see if it is finding its way through anywhere else. If there are any seams or spots that water is still getting through then apply some additional silicone.
If you find that under heavy rain, there are still issues, then the flashing may be inadequate for the situation, in which case, I would suggest you contact a roofing plumber for their assistance as it may require the installation of a different flashing.
