How to add diamond wire trellis to concrete tank for training Star Jasmin?

Have an old concrete tank that I would like to attach wire to, to create a diamond trellis to grow star Jasmin on. What fixings would be best to use for anchor points and to connect wire too and which wire should I use Picture is what I would like to do. Thank you

When you say it's an old tank, is it out of commission? If so, you could drill into it with a hammer drill and a masonry bit and insert

. That would give you solid connection points for your wires. I'd recommend using

for the wire. Alternatively, you could use

The only alternative I can think of to the Dynabolts would be to drill, insert plastic plugs and then screw in screw eyes.

Let me know if the tank is still in use and we can see if there are any other ideas, but most would require a physical connect into the tank wall.
